We also enjoy the fact that, despite being right on horsetooth and college, it's a quiet place with very little road noise. The little park on site is super great too. July 3, 2025After a year and a half of living here, it's finally nice to see the exterior part of the complex being taken care of (aka ‘curb appeal’). Started with better upkeep of landscaping, and hope it continues. Then fixing and repaving the parking lots and drives is another great upgrade.
