February 1, 2026Overall solid, had some issues with construction taking a very long time, but that seems to have been partly due to the contractors rather than the community. Trevor from the maintenance team is fantastic and is by far the nicest and most helpful maintenance person we've ever had at an apartment complex. January 27, 2026It has been a good experience living at the preserve at the Meadows for nearly a year now. I like the location and the being close to local amenities.
