Overall, it's an excellent experience living here. While I wouldn't actually give it a solid 5, I'd say it's at least a 4.8. The staff are solid, and they make a genuine effort to instill a sense of community. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, though there's always room for improvement. As a community, however, there are things that we who live here can do to help, like making sure trash gets into garbage cans, picking up after our pets, etc. It's a community, and we all need to ...
pitch in. Overall, it is a great experience here, and while I do have some nitpicks (kitchen counters, paint spatter, and painted window rails), they are nitpicks. Definitely not a deal-breaker, just minor annoyances really. I've lived in a number of apartments, and these are some of the best ones. Great staff, fairly friendly neighbors, and a nice area close to a lot of fun activities. If you are community oriented, I think it's an excellent place to live.

We have truly had an amazing experience since moving into The Preserve this summer. We love our unit—the space is just the right size for us and has everything we need. We couldn’t have asked for a better home, especially with all the natural light! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and we love the pool, hot tub, and location. We’re close to so many of our favorite places, and we enjoy taking the MAX bus into Old Town when we want to spend the day downtown. We highly recommend The Preserve!

The apartment complex is great, parking is never an issue and there are no noise issues. The amenities like the pool, hot tub, and gym have been great. The leasing office is full of lovely helpful people like Peyton! Maintenance is responsive and friendly. I’ve lived here many years and in the last couple years have noticed the best response if anything is broken or needs checking the maintenance is super responsive. Wayne is a bit of a treasure! Also love that the lawn is looking green again.

Rented an apartment in 2nd floor, facing SW, with a view of the Horsetooth. The flat was just painted and well cleaned up. Everything was functional. Settling was super easy and the property manager was very responsive. The place is quiet and surrounded by old trees, mitigating the traffic noise in the avenues nearby. It has a convenient access to one trail. Common spaces are well mantained and we made good use of the swimming pool in summer days.
