January 22, 2026I really enjoy living here — the community is nice, the location is great, and overall it’s been a good experience. However, I do wish the apartment finishes were a bit nicer, and that the resident services were a little more responsive and attentive. January 13, 2026Have been super happy with this complex being a fairly long time resident. The complex is quiet, crime isn’t bad, and neighbors are respectful. I will say since the freezes a few years ago it seems as though water is shut off to the property on average once a month which is becoming a bit of a nuisance. There have been several days the past year where I had to go without showering or wash with body cloths and it was awfully inconvenient. I understand the complex is good about communication but ...not hang having running water as often as we do is a fundamental and basic issue that I would love to experience less frequently.Property Manager Responded

It has a few hiccups: the dishwasher is awful and the app to open/close doors completely sucks, but the community is truly luxurious: the pool and fitness center are the best I've ever seen, the dog park is phenomenal, and it has it's own trail system.
