October 20, 2025Good amenities, location, and peaceful living experience overall. Management was previously awful, but there has been a big turnover in staff in the past few months and since then management of the property has been much better. However, there are several inconvenient things that come with living here still. It is quite annoying to be required to pay for valet trash and fetch despite personally having no use for either service and to have to register vehicles and guest’s cars every time they ...visit in fear of getting towed. I don’t know any other complex that has this towing policy and it is incredibly inconvenient and predatory, as even I as a resident had my vehicle towed at one point.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025The community itself is wonderful, made up mostly of single professionals. Unfortunately, the company’s approach to maintenance is the real problem. Rather than resolving issues correctly the first time, they drag tenants through a drawn-out process that often requires three separate complaints just to fix something simple—like a broken microwave handle. In practice, this means submitting a request week after week for nearly a month before the repair is finally done right.
