        I’ve lived at The Preserve for nearly 2 years and I really enjoy the location and amenities. It’s a quieter part of town but you’re still close to the fun of South Austin and Downtown which I love.

        Signing up with Zoey was a pleasure. She was so helpful and welcoming (very impressed). I got a beautiful, peaceful unit that borders the trail and I am so happy about my backyard for my dog. Max is in heaven. I can't wait to try our trail walks out the back gate which will be so convenient. I'm very happy and feeling very peaceful in my new space here after many stressful months and a few unexpected moves. I came here because two days ago my patient heard I was looking for a nice living space ...

        I really enjoy living here — the community is nice, the location is great, and overall it’s been a good experience. However, I do wish the apartment finishes were a bit nicer, and that the resident services were a little more responsive and attentive. With a few improvements in maintenance and follow-up, this place could easily be excellent.

        Have been super happy with this complex being a fairly long time resident. The complex is quiet, crime isn’t bad, and neighbors are respectful. I will say since the freezes a few years ago it seems as though water is shut off to the property on average once a month which is becoming a bit of a nuisance. There have been several days the past year where I had to go without showering or wash with body cloths and it was awfully inconvenient. I understand the complex is good about communication but ...
        not hang having running water as often as we do is a fundamental and basic issue that I would love to experience less frequently.
