Nothing Negative to Say
June 18, 2014As we are considering renewing our lease, I can't think of any negative aspect of this place. In our experience: Our neighbors have been fine No scary dogs No trash strewn about Clean landscaping no security concerns, cops live in units although I've never seen them have to respond to anything within the complex. Office staff is friendly and genuinely cares about tenants. After doing a pretty obsessive search for the kajillion apts in the Greer/Greenville area, I've come to the conclusion that it ...is next to impossible to find a clean, updated, spacious unit with w/d in unit and WATER SEWER AND TRASH INCLUDED! Almost all the apts we visited (around 10) have that as a separate, astronomical cost. Additionally, a lot of places have mandatory cable packages which this does not. If our renewal fee doesn't jump too much, we will definitely stay because you cannot beat the location or the amenities.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
