August 25, 2025We lived there for two years. The last 6 months were the worst because of Barbara Peterson. Our vehicle was vandalized and all that was said was the cameras were broken so we could not get video footage for the police. She did not care for our privacy when we requested to not have tours of our apartment while we were there. She stated “I have keys” lifting up the key fob hanging around her neck indicating she would let herself into our apartment. She is very rude and condescending when speaking ...with her. It is unfortunate she has been put into a position to deal with the public. They had raised the rent $100 more but when we decided over $1350 was way too much for 675sq ft, they lowered it for the next resident. Too much for too little space. Our apartment was right above the boiler room and they have the exhaust pipes right under the bedroom window and deck so we couldn’t have our windows open unless we wanted our apartment to smell like gas. It was always hot in there and we had to have the little wall unit AC running 24/7 in the summer causing a hefty electric bill plus a fan to blow the cool hair into the room because there was no air circulation. We filled out the form to receive the deposit back and put a specific person to send it to and they couldn’t even send it to that person. January 27, 2021I moved into the preserve apartments just 6 months ago and it had been the best experience! Everybody is so nice and the landlord is so caring and does everything she can to make living here amazing! Neighbors are quiet, the complex is always clean on the inside and out, the units are are all stunning and there’s hardly ever any issues with appliances. Good Place to Live
February 2, 2018I think the apartment is great. It’s quiet and there isn’t much noise in my unit. The complex is very clean, which is super nice, they are constantly cleaning windows and the hallways. When I first got my apartment, I was shocked at how clean it was inside. It looked like they just finished building it. It’s a good building for families. I would say primarily the demographics is older,but still a lot of young people. My interactions with Barb have been great. She was on top of things ...during my waiting list period to get in here, and was prompt with emails or phone calls. February 1, 2018Very nice place to live. Plenty of cupboards and shelves. The in-apartment laundry is a plus. The attached garage is great. All of the residents I've met have been very nice. The management is friendly and very responsive to any issues and concerns regarding the apartments. January 29, 2018We absolutely love living at the Preserve Apartments, our management is extremely friendly and truly cares about all your concerns. They pride themselves in keeping the building and grounds clean and very well kept. This is a smoke free property, so you won’t find a smelly building with nasty yellow walls. Decorating for the holidays and getting the kids involved with coloring pictures and trick or treating is just another fun perk about this place. They love to get their renters involved with ...morning coffee get togethers and pot locks. I love that we are so close to shopping and restaurant places, yet tucked back enough to not hear the hustle and bustle of cars.
