Excellent place to rent in Willmar, MN
May 30, 2024I recently had the opportunity to call The Preserve on 24th in Willmar my home over the winter while I was selling my property in the country and finding a home in town to purchase. The property manager, Adam, is very friendly and available, He always has a smile and is willing answer any questions you may have. The maintenance people keep the building very clean, I had a maintenance request once and the maintenance person came very promptly and checked what I wanted him to look at. I always ...felt very safe there, everyone must pass a background check before being allowed to rent there. The buildings are pet friendly. Three of the apartment buildings are only about two years old and are across the street from Walmart, with 2 more new buildings being built directly behind Walmart, with a swimming pool, one is scheduled to open September 1st of 2024. All 5 of these beautiful apartment buildings are right by Aldis, Cub Foods, Dollar Tree, a dentist's office, Dairy Queen, Pet Smart, Kwik Trip, Perkins Restaurant, McMillians Restaurant, with a Pizza Ranch just down the road! The location of The Preserve on 24th apartments is so convenient! And the city bus is also an option you can call to come get you to take you to places all over Willmar. The buildings are secure (locked) and garages are available for an extra fee. I was very happy here and I highly recommend renting here. Yes, the rent is high compared to some other less quality apartments in the area, but for what you get -- piece of mind in regards to safety, convenience in location and the new or like new buildings -- it is SO WORTH IT!
