It’s great!
January 13, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex overall. The maintenance staff truly stands out—they’re responsive, professional, and always fix issues quickly and thoroughly. The amenities are well maintained and genuinely enjoyable, adding a lot of value to living here. The front office team is friendly, organized, and helpful whenever questions come up. December 16, 2025The parking policy is ridiculous to pay for visitors more than 1 time a week. Then ticketing your own tenants is terrible. Management could be more flexible and provide forgiving options.Property Manager Responded
January 4, 2026Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration with the new parking policy, which is why we started notifying residents in October regarding the parking enforcement beginning in December. It is not our wish to have anyone ticketed. Parking is enforced from 6pm-6am Monday-Friday and all day on the weekend. We also allow for 24 hours free per month. Ticket disputing is also available if you feel you were ticketed in error. Please contact our office if you have any questions. We're glad to help!

August 8, 2025I’ve loved my stay at the Presley so much I extended my lease till next year for another 14 months! Having my amenities at all times no utility bills other than electric has been an amazing thing to have here!Property Manager Responded
