Misleading Sign
February 18, 2026I visited 'The Press' today after seeing multiple signs on-site advertising 'newly renovated' units. Unfortunately, the unit I was shown has not been renovated since 2018. There were visible cracks in the walls by the windows and the carpeting was significantly worn. When I pointed out the discrepancy between the advertising and the reality of the unit, the leasing agent acknowledged the signs were misleading. I’m disappointed that my time was wasted on a bait-and-switch. Prospective tenants ...should be aware that 'newly renovated' here appears to mean 'eight years old.'Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A perfect place to live!
January 5, 2020I am a current tenant. The building is beautiful, clean, extremely quiet and seems primarily filled with grad students and more mature professionals. Within walking distance to just about everything, and the free CityBus to Purdue picks up and drops off within steps from our door. Guaranteed lot parking is available for an up charge, or you can use free street parking just a few blocks over. Highly recommended!Property Manager Responded
