May 2, 2025This is hands-down the best place I’ve ever called home! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and cared for, thanks to the exceptional management team. A special shoutout to Monica, who has been an absolute gem since day one . Her warmth, understanding, and dedication made every interaction feel personal and meaningful. She goes above and beyond to ensure you feel truly at home, and her thoughtful approach is unmatched. She is absolutely AMAZING! Another team member Joelle is also great ...and always eager to help! The maintenance team here treats the building like their baby! The award winning maintenance guy Justin, is the best and the quickest service you will ever see. You can tell that the maintenance and management team really love their job and the building The location is perfect— right in the middle of everything but still serene and quiet! Living here is more like living in a house, not apartment. The building is built with a mindset of providing luxurious and sprawling floorplans that are very house like, unlike apartments which are usually very compact. Leaving was bittersweet, and I only wish I could have stayed longer. If you’re looking for a home that combines luxury, community, and an unbeatable location, this is it!Property Manager Responded

Didn't Sign Lease Still Five Star Service
July 23, 2023We didn't sign a lease here but Monica and Kelsey were by far the friendliest, most professional and accommodating staff of the 10 properties we viewed. They worked very hard without pressuring us. We may regret not moving into the property, but it was not any easier based on how the staff at Promenade treated us.Thank you Monica and Kelsey for being rock stars! We may see you in a 12 months. You will be in good hands here
February 14, 2023What you cannot see is difficult to know, but it is there. Things could go wrong in any apartments. Whether it is plumbing, electric, mechanical, you name it. When (not if) things break down, that pretty much determine the while experience of apartment living. Here, if we request work order, you will get response within less than a few hours, in many times in less than an hour! The maintenance people here are fantastic. They are courteous, friendly, capable, and punctual. They really own the ...job. The front desk does an excellent job communicating among the three parties. Love my home and the Management Team
December 21, 2021The Management teak here is amazing after the old manager left a little while ago I was worried but all my worries are washed away the new manager is better than the last (which I though was impossible ). She is fast to act on any questions or requests and just pleasant to talk to in general! The apartment feels more like a house. Watch for hidden fees, cheap construction, and rude management
February 1, 2018Separate fee for new account, new account, trash(monthly fee and incorrect trash bag!). It is a very cheaply constructed unit with very drafty and noisy windows and doors, plastic linoleum floors, and cheap appliances. Heather and her Team are Amazing! Love living at The Promenade Apartments!
August 8, 2017I love the Team at Promenade Apartments. Heather has hired exceptional people (Paige and Kim) to take care of all the residents. My experience has been amazing. Each of them practice "high touch" customer service - they listen, are knowledgeable, sense of urgency, friendly, helpful, FUN, and make me feel like a Queen! I highly recommend The Promenade Apartments at Pinnacle Hills, not just because of the beautiful floor plans, amenities and location (this area of Rogers reminds me of ...Henderson, NV - great energy!) but it's the PEOPLE that make an apartment community feel like HOME!
