Great location, close to all amenities, great ties ups, great in resident events. I have been resident for last 5 years and had never ran into issues with anything. Especially leasing office and concierge.

Great apartment units with beautiful layouts. Overall the community is wonderful and I love the monthly apartment socials! Will definitely be staying here for a few years, however there are some areas for improvement. There is no gym and the slight discount offered at the local gym is not enough and the monthly cost is unaffordable ($80 a month with the discount for membership). There has also been numerous unresolved leaks in our apartment that maintenance is unable to resolve. The appliances ...
are also outdated (some came with mold when moving in!). Overall tho a great place to live.

Tyler is great concierge. Apartment is walking distance to great food and walking areas in the harbor. Good for those communicating to Johns Hopkins hospital.

I really like my apartment. That said, I find the window blinds dated and the bathrooms could be remodeled. No one needs two bathtubs, especially small bathtubs - a shower in one bathroom would be great.

Communication on the application and lease was less than Stellar. However, we love the apartment and the neighborhood. So far we are happy with the community.

Great p lace to live. Best Hopkins. Whole foods close by. Convenient parking. Very nice concierge available. Clean common spaces. Recommended to those commuting to Hopkins

Good! Everything is nice! Pretty close to the school that’s why I chose this property. The amenities could’ve been better but overall a decen apartment.
