February 1, 2026I’ve lived at the promenade apartments for close to three & half years. Tyler, the concierge are incredibly helpful and package delivery is easy to track. The surroundings are a block away from the water and it is safe in the day and night. The complex is close to many activities that we enjoy, such as walks and bike rides along the harbor front. Close proximity to the Christmas village during winter, and Tyler hosts many resident-wide events throughout the year such as cocktail hour and bbqs. ...Overall a wonderful place to live and would recommend!Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025Great apartment units with beautiful layouts. Overall the community is wonderful and I love the monthly apartment socials! Will definitely be staying here for a few years, however there are some areas for improvement. There is no gym and the slight discount offered at the local gym is not enough and the monthly cost is unaffordable ($80 a month with the discount for membership). There has also been numerous unresolved leaks in our apartment that maintenance is unable to resolve. The appliances ...are also outdated (some came with mold when moving in!). July 20, 2025I love this building so far! It is very clean and modern! There is a great outdoor space including terrace and pool and friendly building managers! It is also super secure with locks at all entry points.Property Manager Responded

February 25, 2025I really like my apartment. That said, I find the window blinds dated and the bathrooms could be remodeled. No one needs two bathtubs, especially small bathtubs - a shower in one bathroom would be great.Property Manager Responded
