April 20, 2026I reported an issue with the balcony floor, which was peeling and we were unable to use the balcony at all. It was also causing dust and debris to enter our apartment, which was very disturbing. The maintenance team inspected the issue twice and informed me that nothing could be done. As a result, I had to repair and repaint the balcony myself at my own expense. The problem could have been easily addressed with basic maintenance. September 9, 2024The 2 bed apt is fine. I particularly like the large walkin shower. There were no towel racks in the bathroom but the management installed one that I had to purchase. The kitchen is nicely designed but definitely on the small side. I had to purchase 2 standing glass units to accommadate my kitchenware. The nice sized balcony is filled with my plants, 2 chairs and a table - I enjoy it, as does my kitten, who loves to sit out there. I have been offerred help when I have large packages - and ...use of a wagon.Property Manager Responded
