January 16, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe noise level is pretty low, cool neighbors, normal stuff happening. Our apartment is extremely cold though, the heating is not working. And our water bill was mailed extremely late so we are being charged a lot of late fees despite never having the chance to pay it initially because we didn’t get the initial bill.

The residents are also nice, no one causes problems for other residents. Children can also have fun outside without any fear of being attacked by bad people. A residence near the college no longer needs to drive a long distance to get there. The apartments are also well maintained and clean for the enjoyment of residents.
