Beware!!!
May 28, 2020I am a current tenant. Though the buildings and apartments are nice to look at, the structure is horrible. The walls, and even the floors, are super thin. That and the venting system make privacy nearly impossible. Though I was prompted to sign countless addendums regarding noise and even cooking (not allowed to cook foods that have certain smells), the upstairs neighbor purposely and constantly stomp, beat, and make repetitive, excessive noise over my head. The staff and “management” did nothing ...to put an end to it. The manager of the property stated that I need to call security to have on record or record the noise. Quite frankly, it takes security a while to show up. By the time they do, the noise stops. Then picks up when they leave. I taped the constant noise in one setting and sent it to the manager (who had a previous nasty attitude when I first spoke with her). She said there is a vacant third level apartment, but I would have to pay a bunch of fees. I called “management” and only one fee was supposedly waived. Then the manager of the property told me that the apartment I wanted and applied for was no longer available because someone else applied and paid a deposit and once they clear they’ll move in. Amazing Place To Live, Great Staff
July 23, 2019I’ve lived in the Quadrangles for almost a year and I will be staying. The apartments are great quality, and I’ve never had bug issues or rodent issues. Very clean apartment space. The staff is very helpful, and always wants to help find a solution. I had a situation where my power got turned off due to me switching providers, and the staff got on the phone and called to make sure my power got turned back on within a few hours. March 13, 2019I have been living here at Quadrangles on 20 for about 5 months and this has been the best place to live. The location is so convenient. The apartments are designed (especially mine) beautifully. The amenities are great. The staff are the best, always so friendly, so accommodating. This is luxury living. A Perfect New Home!
December 22, 2018I've been living here a couple of months now and it has been the BEST experience ever! I love the valet trash that comes to your door especially considering the trays you set your trash on are velcroed down so they don't move! The staff is all amazing I haven't had any issues with parking, visitors, or anything else for that matter. Maintenance issues get resolved within a couple of days and even he is super cool! It's been amazing to see the property come together as construction continues. My B ...floorplan is PERFECTLY sized for me and I have a backyard for my dog that faces the pool which is an added bonus! It is a peaceful complex and despite being right off of the freeway I do not hear any traffic. Most importantly I feel secure, safe, and at home when I am here. This is my first apartment on my own and I definitely feel spoiled by this complex! Home Sweet Home!
October 16, 2018Living at the Quadrangles has been great so far! Of course they are still in construction, but the property is coming together beautifully. I love my spacious C2 floorplan with the vaulted ceilings! The staff is super friendly, never had any issues, they address my concerns quickly. Jessica leased to me, and was so nice and willing to show me each floor plan several times because I could not make up my mind between a few of them. But i am very happy with my pick! August 26, 2018All 4 girls in the office are very helpful and so patient!! When I first toured, I was very indecisive on which unit and floor plan I wanted and they were so patient and helped me pick the PERFECT one. I just moved in on the 22nd and it is everything I wanted! I know one of their phases opened on the 22nd so they were pretty busy, but still so helpful. Rude!
August 21, 2018Myself and my co worker came to visit the property and while we waited for someone to help us, the rep Was working with another couple and was rude. They were talking over the couple, so I just walked out because i feel if they are going to talk over you now once you sign the lease you will be disrespected........I’m not sure about this place.Review from Apartments.com
Beware!!!
August 16, 2018These apartments seem great and are very nice. Although i would describe the living experience in just the two weeks since moving here as something close to a luxury prison. They monitor who you have visiting making your guest feel uncomfortable and have security harassing guests at the gate whom are lost(These are brand new Apartments and security needs to consider that instead of photographing residence and guest which is against the law without consent).They will accuse you of things you have ...not done to place additional fines, you cant even keep a bike on your patio or have colored drapes. You will pay thousands of dollars and they make you feel as if it is not your home. In addition to the poor living atmosphere they have yet to correct the issue many residents are having with ants. Understanding that the apartments are still being built the first week they provided us with Kroger bought bug spray and we had to return it since when asking about it i get no response and have heard nothing regarding fixing this issue.(They said they were still working on a contract with an exterminator and never said anything else). Lastly they are liars, when signing up they stated they would mount tvs for free then charged a 30 fee per tv (Which they should not be misleading future residents). I appreciate my privacy and so do my guest , and i appreciate honesty if you feel the same i would not recommend moving here.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2018Went to get information on the apartments this morning, The lady that helped us was rude! she did not show us around, we asked her questions & all she did was hand us a paper with floor plans no prices... She didn't take us serious at all! I was really interested in this property...Property Manager Responded
