Health Hazard / Horrible maintenance and management .
December 10, 2025Given an apartment not ready for move in . Had no choice but to accept it because we needed a home since our contract with the previous apartments ended . You’ll get the run around for any maintenance ( can take weeks or even a month ) , will definitely be calling 50+ times because they don’t truly care for the living situations they just want resident's, health hazard ( mold and roach infested ) , old/used appliances. 100% wouldn’t recommend to NOBODY.Property Manager Responded

Apartment complex can careless
March 27, 2025The office staff has zero communication skills you ask for a key to your mailbox which they do them and it takes 2 weeks to get it. You ask for your dishwasher to be fixed they have to call someone out that seems to not do it. The fridge does not have proper sealing around door but they could careless. They make promises that they will fix things and to have your animals locked up . Call you at noon and doesn't have anything done when you get home after that. No call about it or even ...acknowledgment of anything that needs to be done. Let's dogs run loose all day and don't say a word. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
August 1, 2023It looks nothing like the pictures, the office women are rude. They never fix anything, there are roaches, bed bugs, and mice. They charged me extra fees AFTER my lease was up in February. The apartment had issues before I moved in and when I left they tried to pin that on me. August 1, 2023The apartments are nothing like the pictures! The pools are filthy and never cleaned, they have mold, roaches, and bed bugs. A lot of drug activity goes on here and the office does nothing about it! They overcharge for a runned down place with very old appliances and filthy restrooms. They did not do a walk through with me before I signed a lease. The extra charges they give for nonsensical reasons are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and look else where.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2022Maintenance is not helpful, water is shutting off atleast every other day due to “emergencies “. Junkies basically live behind our trash cans and in laundry rooms. Office ladies get mad when you try to get something fixed of apartment and try to give late fees even when rent paid on time. If you like that then the Quails is for you!Property Manager Responded
