Moved out here from the Midwest, and my partner and I opted for this place. It looked pretty nice for a reasonable price and is only 10 minutes from the Foothills Campus. The apartment is nice - solid appliances, great internet, and a few smart home devices. Both the management team and maintenance crew are super friendly, and have been reaching out often as the construction continues on other buildings. Was invited to their first "resident event" at Old Town Putt this past weekend, which was a ...
little surprising - none of my previous apartments had anything like that. Checked it out, and had a great time! Really appreciate everything they've been able to provide so far.
