May 10, 2023I really enjoy living here! The main site apartments are super big (only downside is that the kitchen and bathroom are a little smaller, but the living area and bedrooms are huge!). The staff is so sweet and the amenities are nice, especially convenient that they recently added a printer! My only drawbacks are that the guest parking isn’t on site and my apartment wasn’t very clean when moving in. Overall, the apartments are very nice for how low the cost is.Review from Apartments.com

May 3, 2023Lived here this past year and staying for this upcoming year. Units are nice and spacious, I like how close to the walking trails the main site is, and taking the 26 to campus has been a breeze. I’ve been to the clubhouse lots for studying and working out. Honestly, no big complaints other than the flooding problems in the parking lot in the spring, but I haven’t been really affected by this.Review from Apartments.com

May 3, 2023I currently live at the Quarters Cottages and I absolutely love it! I have my own bathroom and walk in closet with a spacious room. The fully furnished living room is a great added bonus! Would definitely recommend living here if you want a nice space with only a short distance from campus (there is also a bus stop across the street). May 2, 2023Rent is relatively cheap, especially for how nice the apartment is and all the amenities we have. About a mile north of Grand River so it is a bit of a walk for classes, but biking or bussing is convenient. All the trails around make for a nice view and good for walking/running during free time.
