A Great Find!
September 25, 2021Great apartment community. Close to campus and other major outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions with ease and gave additional helpful info. I love the fact that the community is gated with 24/7 security. I am in a 1 bedroom and it is very spacious. I love the property amenities such as the pool, media center, gym, and business center. The community is very engaging and the staff hosts activities for the residents to show us appreciation. Beware
April 7, 2021I wanted to share our experience with my daughters off campus housing in hopes that other students don't have to deal with them. She lives in the quarters. When she toured the complex they showed her a clean apartment with well kept furniture. Told her they would pair her with roommmates similar to her.She filled out her likes dislikes... she was super excited. First college apartment on her own. It gets closer to move in and we still don't know anything about who is moving in with her. They ...changed her apartments a couple times and finally learned of one girl she would be living with. Move in day gets here. She gets her keys. The apartment is dirty! Dirty sock in the couch, walls are not freshly painted it's different spot colors of white....grimmy... furniture is beat up.... and the mattress... stained with god knows what. As a mom of a young adult (super independent daughter ) she tells me she will handle it goes to the check area and ask them to come up. They send a young guy and he opens the door to the unoccupied room. Tells her she can switch out the mattress. (These mattress remind me a ruin down motel and a old magazine under the mattress ) We told them we would purchase our own mattress. The complex keeps the nasty mattress in the unoccupied room. We also store the worn out night stand, chair and desk in there. Through out this year her front door lock has been broke several times, washer is missing buttons, and other maintenance issues. A couple months in a new girl moves in. My daughter gets a couple days notice telling her to clean her apartment as she is getting a new roommate. My daughters apartment is very clean as she is a very tidy person. When this new girl moves in her room is covered in mold! They come in a paint the room and call it a day. This girl too is from out of state so last minute issues like this are hard to navigate through when you don't have another option. This week my daughter gets a email stating she needs to take the furniture back or pay storage fees as they are renting that room out now. The new roommate is in her 40's....... As this is student housing but you don't have to be a student to live there. She has exchanged emails back and forth with management. End results is the furniture is stacked in their living room. I am hoping they trashed the mattress. They are very unsanitary .Property Manager Responded
April 12, 2021We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the condition of your furniture on move in day. We did have the option to replace your mattress with a brand new one, however, the managers never received that request and we apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred on move in day. All of our apartments come fully furnished with bedroom furniture, living and dining room furniture and appliances. We are not able to remove or store our furniture when our residents request to bring in their own pieces. Because you had a vacant room in your apartment, we allowed the furniture that you stored in there to remain until we leased the room. We do our best to roommate match according to your preferences. The room assignments were sent out on the same day you completed your lease, July 27th, when all of our residents had already been matched, placed and notified of their room assignments and roommates. We apologize that you were not placed in your unit by the time that ...email was sent out. We hold off on sending placement emails until we feel most people have completed their leases, but some residents get left out of that email if they sign after it is scheduled to go out. Our property caters to students. We have individual leases and offer furnished apartments. However, it is against Fair Housing laws to discriminate those that are not in school or of a certain age. Again, we do our best to roommate match according to your preferences and we acknowledge that sometimes you may be matched with someone who differs from those preferences. If you are still experiencing maintenance issues other than the ones listed above that have all been completed, please let us know so that we can get that taken care of for you.

Review for The Quarters
February 1, 2021I have really liked living at The Quarters for the past two years! The rooms are big and you can easily get a master bedroom. I live in a 4 person, all master bedroom right now! The apartment is furnished, so it’s nice to not have to worry about moving your bed, desk, etc. The prices are fair and they have some really great amenities, such as the pool, gym, and even a movie theater!
