I love living here. The staff does several events for us and we even get free food. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very clean and relaxing. The movie theater and the pool are so nice and I love going there with my friends.

I love living at The Quarters. The maintenance team is very timely with requests, and the office staff is super friendly. Additionally, it’s the perfect walking distance to UL. 10/10!

I enjoy living at the quarters. I had random placement roommates and they are now my best friends and I also just enjoy living here. It’s close to campus and the apartments are nice.

The Quarters is a great place to live. Apartment complex is 5mins away from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Also is very close to groceries stores and etc. This apartment is a perfect size and very cozy! Love the Quarters!!

I’m a freshman at UL and live at the Quarters and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is very helpful and friendly with any of my needs. It is walking distance to campus which is great! The gym and pool are awesome!!!!!!

Short distance from campus! Reasonable pricing for students! the staff is friendly and very punctual to your needs if you require assistance. The staff is also very active with their residents through social media or events they plan. (Pool parties, movie nights, etc.)
