It’s okay overall.
Little things have added up.
Trash chute backs up frequently. We are forced to pay a trash valet fee ($33 a month), but then the trash only gets picked up half of the time.. it says to put it out by 7pm, and it’ll sit there until the morning, most times.
The housekeeping crew does keep the building pretty clean though.
It’s a smoke free community, but even the leasing office will stink like weed sometimes. People smoke weed and cigs in the parking garage.

issue with our a/c for 2 months, it’ll freeze up and stop working. They gave us a portable unit to use that has drove up our electric cost. They closed the ticket twice and it’s still broken.
We had an ant problem but I wanted it dealt with immediately instead of it getting worse, so I bought the bait I know works and 2 days later no more ant problem.
I think overall that is it.
You won’t get much help from the leasing office, the ladies in there are quite lazy. But the rest of the staff is good, and they do their jobs, so that’s great.
