New owners do not rent here!!!
June 6, 2025After new ownership took over about a year ago, this property has gone downhill significantly! Dog urine in halls and elevators. 1 out of the 2 elevators in the building is always broken (last time was for about 5 months). Pool maintenance poor. No one ever in the office and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone, and when you finally do they’re rude or unhelpful. Issues are never actually fixed. Now they’re renting units on air bnb because they can’t rent them! So there’s random people, who ...are not properly vetted, having access and it feels unsafe! February 10, 2024Overall good experience living at the Queue. Rebecca from the office and maintenance were always very quick to respond and fix any issue in the apartment even if it wasn’t necessarily an emergency, it always got done either day of or next business day and I was very appreciative of that. Only issues were the lack of storage space in the apartment and rowdy neighbors that screamed at each other constantly for the 3 years I’ve lived here during late week nights and early mornings that security ...seemed to never put a stop to… but then I had friends over for my birthday on a Friday night and they knocked on our door and told us to be quiet. The gym was my favorite amenity only thing I wish it had was a stair master, didn’t really use the pool much because of the lack of hours that it actually got sun but when it did it was nice.
