April 30, 2025I really enjoy living here overall. The amenities are great and make the community comfortable, but the neighbors could use a bit of improvement. Unfortunately, there are some issues with sticky fingers, and not everyone is picking up after their dogs, which is frustrating. On a positive note, Becca has been amazing—she’s incredibly compassionate, understanding, and always responds quickly, which I really appreciate. Personally, I haven’t had many problems aside from the occasional stolen package ...or missing meal, but nothing too major. Overall, it’s been a good experience!Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2023The Rail has been the upgrade I needed in an apartment home. The units are spacious with high ceilings and kept up nicely. Additionally, they are very clean and easy to maintain. The kitchen has lots of counter space for meal prepping and cooking. The water pressure is ideal and the A/C works great. The complex itself gives off modern, central city-living vibes. It is conveniently located near a bus stop and rail station (hence the name). In the neighborhood, you will see a lot of people jogging, ...riding, or walking their dogs.
