July 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived here at the Railyard for over 5 years, being one of the first residents to move here when it was first opened. We have consistently experienced excellent maintenance services throughout our time here even though the maintenance staff has changed. On the current maintenance staff, John has been here a couple of years and he is the absolute best. He's competent, responsive, and intensely focused on resident satisfaction. The leasing and operations staff has changed as well since ...migrating from a new facility to a stable "legacy" facility, but the new staff is just as competent as the folks that were here when we first moved in. I think this is a strong testament to the hiring practices of the owners. The exercise room is well equipped and well maintained. The pool area feels like a 5 star hotel. There are common areas that can be used for larger groups equipped with grills, ovens, microwaves and TVs.
