There are genuinely so many issues.
January 27, 2024There's is a huge roach infestation in these apartments. I've filed many complaints and they have not once done anything about it. I've filed complaints about the people with their garage who work on peoples cars all day everyday and they haven't done anything. I've tried to get them to come and fix very simple things yet they still haven't. They don't fix any of the problems here. I've talked to many of the other residents about this ongoing issue and they have the same problems going on. I've ...tried going to talk to them and they've been so incredibly rude.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 20221. The move-in specials of 2 weeks was promised to be reflected in Feb rent. However, we didn't see it anywhere on portal. The office still hasn't bothered to respond the email for that. 2. Requested to accommodate referral bonus within 1 month of move-in as we missed to add those details in the form earlier. It was a big relocation for us and given hundred things that had to be taken care of, we missed these details.
