There is no screening process for selecting new tenants; consequently, there is crime, excessive noise, dirty swimming pools, groups of rowdy children in the gym area, the smell of marijuana, and neighbors arriving at 1:00 a.m. with loud music. I stay here because the location is convenient for my job and for the sake of my family's stability.
