Poor Maintenance and Unresponsive Management

My experience at this apartment community has been very disappointing. Many units need maintenance immediately after move-in because necessary repairs are not completed beforehand. The maintenance team appears to be understaffed, and even after submitting requests, some repairs can remain unresolved for a month or longer. At the same time, rent is strictly required by the second of each month, and residents may quickly receive a notice if payment is late. Management expects residents to meet ...
every deadline, but does not show the same urgency when addressing maintenance issues. I also found the property manager to be inconsistent in following through on commitments. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community unless if you cant find any or management improves its move-in inspections, maintenance response times, and communication with residents.

the apartment it self it’s very nice. maintenance don’t really fix anything we had our AC down for a month with a kid in our apartment. and they put one window ac in the living room for a 3 bedroom apartment. the office staff and manager are no help they just go in circles. and they keep your deposit and ask for more money for small stuff like little thumb tacks or a basic cleaning after you move out. the “clubhouse” and pool and gym area was never available the whole year i lived there, i ...
