February 16, 2026It’s a great place to stay with nice staff. The amenities are nice but could use a little TLC. The BBQ grills could need knobs replaced and need to be cleaned and checked to make sure they all operate correctly. The dog park needs to be cleaned on a regular basis, and dog waste bags and trash cans need to be refilled and emptied on a regular basis. Other than that, it’s a great community with great people and great monthly events to bring the community together.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025I have lived here about a month now and have loved it so far! Yes, you can hear the neighbors upstairs but thats expected and normal for apartment living to me. Hey, I don't have to hear my roommate anymore since getting my own place, and the upstairs neighbors are quieter than the roommate ever was so win-win for me!!! Love the features and amenities, no super loud people partying all hours, no dogs barking constantly, etc....I'm loving it! The staff is the best part! Makayla and Laura are the ...only ones I've really talked too but those ladies deserve a raise!!!! I adore them! Seriously, living here has been amazing so far and I recommend checking it out if nothing else! Can't wait to be in that pool this summer. ??Property Manager Responded
