Great experience here so far. Every maintenance request is completed within next day or within a 2 days! Since there is the wooded area behind with water and trees there are a lot of bugs. Like wasp and drain gnats etc. but that come with living in an apartment complex that doesn’t cut down all the trees in the area??

It's ok, not the greatest. Lots of noice from neighbors slamming doors late at night. Roaches in the unit since day one. Parking is not the greatest. Pool gets closed a lot. No playground for kids.

We had a great experience at La Ravinia apartments. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. They explained everything and assisted us with the paperwork so we could get our apartment. Thank you for all your help! We highly recommend them.

I've been living in this beautiful place for about 7 years now, and I don't regret it. It's a very quiet and peaceful area. Easy access to the highway allows us to get to many places quickly and easily. We have everything we need nearby, and there are excellent schools in the area. As for the current office staff, they've been very friendly and attentive. They do their best to address our needs in a timely manner.

Had our apartment flood and it took too long to fix. Massive water roaches outside and they come inside even when pest control has sprayed. I swear they just spray water.
