March 18, 2026The experience at The Ravinia has been very good this is my second time living here. However, the only thing I don’t like is that it’s not very kid-friendly. There isn’t a designated area for children, like a playground or anything similar. They should also place more emphasis on reminding residents that children live here and that they should drive more carefully. Other than that, the apartments are in a great location and are very comfortable and accessible. The maintenance is good, and the ...price is quite affordable.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2026My husband and I have been living @ the Ravinia 10 years. Love the way the residents are like family, being there for one another. Love the staff in our office, and our maintenance crew. They all try to make our community safe, and clean, and love especially when they are there for all the residents. January 9, 2026The location of this complex has been great with stores nearby in both directions, airport about 20 mins away and the hospital not too far, in case of emergencies. The leasing office does events and gatherings for residents, the maintenance team is responsive to help maintain the buildings needs.Property Manager Responded
