December 17, 2025I must say living here in Ravinia Apartment Complex has been very rewarding for us, I was overjoyed when we were accepted to rent an apartment here, first of all the Apartments are nicely built, well maintained, and the surroundings are always clean, secondly its central for us, work, church, shopping centers,Pharmacy,even my Doctor's office, the residents are very friendly and peaceful, there aren't brawls ,fights, nor loud music playing to disturb us, as for the office staff and maintenance ...workers they are all attentive and willing to assist at any given time and to get your work orders done on time, I must say am pleased so far living here and I do not have any adverse comments so far...God bless the Ravinia complex for having us here.Property Manager Responded

October 10, 2025Been here 9 years. It’s an apartment complex so there’s always going to be some issues. However, most of the issues are either resolved or they move on. The management team has worked hard to make this complex a safe and comfortable environment. The maintenance crew responds timely during business hours and show up after hours when needed. October 9, 2025Living here at the Ravinia is pretty awesome what I love is that we know each other, we are like a pretty good family who watches out for one another. We help each other either helping carrying there garage to the dumpster, cooking a meal for someone, or just checking on them to make sure they are ok. Encouraging them when they are down, making some one smile ??, wow you couldn't ask for anything else when you have amazing neighbors looking out for one another. We have such an amazing office ...staff, and maintenance staff who care, I love that the office staff does special events for the residents.
