December 19, 2025Ronnie and Francis have made me feel like a valued tenant at The Reach. Constantly engaging with the residents and getting to know them like family. They are both always busy doing something to make the place better and feel like home. It is a great feeling to not have any worries while at the reach on goodale because all your concerns are promptly taken care of. DO NOT MOVE HERE
August 30, 2023Some highlights: -Inadequate staff -The online rent portal charged my roommate THREE times by accident for rent for last months rent and still has yet to return the funds to her (it has been 3 weeks as of now) -If your parking pass is not completely visible you will get towed even though the office has the make and model of your car and your license plate number -Messy package room -Small gym -1 mailroom kep per apartment unit -1 elevator per building which makes moving a hassle -Expensive ...parking -The trash is an outdoor dumpster compactor which is far away from most of the residents -Cheap insulation so I am constantly being kept up by sirens, helicopters, cars, etc.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Fantastic time at the Reach!
November 9, 2022I love living at the The Reach on Goodale. I have been here 2.5 years now and couldn't be happier. The resort style pool is always great for hanging out, meeting your neighbors, or just to relax. I also enjoy using the downstairs lobby to work. It is always clean and tidy and perfect place to get a coffee and get things done. My apartment is nice and spacious and also has a nice sized balcony as well. Lastly, it is a great location easy access to all highways and close to short north and ...Grandview. Bonuses are the new dog park and events that they throw! Love living at The Reach
February 8, 2021I have been living at The Reach for 8 months now and I love it! We have already made plans to resign our lease. To start off the staff in both the office and the maintenance crew have been extremely nice and helpful. I have never seen a complex kept so clean in all of the common areas. The amenities are all great! The pool and outdoor area is so pretty and a great place to hang out on nice days. Having a gym in the building is such a great convenience. As far as the units I love our big open ...floor plan but my favorite part is the amount of natural light from all of the windows. All the units have great stainless steel appliances. The construction on the new building seems to be getting closer to finishing but in our time here hasn’t been an issue at all.
