The manager selfishly throws loud parties and blares music long past quiet hours. Whether it be 5/6 AM or 12/1 AM, they do not care about the comfort of the residents. There is literally no one else engaging in this behavior on the top 2 floors (the only floors I can speak about) other than them. Email complaints, direct messages, doesn't matter—there is no stopping of the behavior and no accountability for someone in a position of power that continues to abuse that power with no remorse. I dread ...
every single weekend as I know it will be a disaster for my sleep and my peace and quiet. The behavior of this individual alone is enough for a resident to pursue more serious solutions to the problem the manager presents. This resident is MORE than fed up.

Jonathan is a great manager. Always attentive to all of our needs. Yonder is the best maintenance man along with Hector. They are always fixing something. I never see them sit. I love living at the Reese.

I love the management team. Jonathan goes over and beyond. Yonder is always helpful, even if he is off work. The cleaning lady ( I don’t know her name) always smiling and always says hello. I love living at the Reese.

My first month has been very good!! The noise level of the complex is well controlled, residence and staff are very friendly! The gym has great equipment, just is small and hard to find space when busy. The pool is always full of leaves and debris. The neighborhood is awesome, I’m comfortable walking the dog around! Overall this complex is very nice!

4 stars because the amount of income you need to show is much higher with or without a guarantor than any other complex I have lived in. However the complex is clean, updated, and welcoming. Always enough parking and in a convenient location.
