March 28, 2026I absolutely loved the experience from start to finish. Everything feels brand new, modern, and very well maintained, which made a huge difference for me. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how organized everything was. I also want to highlight the assistance I received from the agent who helped me with the application. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions clearly, guided me step by ...step, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at all times. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. March 16, 2026Living at The Refinery is wonderful. This complex is very cozy and special, "It combines a super modern design with incredible tranquility. It’s the perfect space to relax and enjoy yourself. Without a doubt, I give it 5 stars." Furthermore, I want to give a special shout-out to the office and maintenance staff—always friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issue. Looking For An Active But Quiet Community? Come Here
October 24, 2025The refinery has such a pleasant vibe! It’s always quiet and this place tries it best to plan activities for the residents. Food trucks, Pilate classes, karaoke and so on! The amenities are also a plus! Built in Internet, so much kitchen space, a pickle ball court, etc. The staff themselves are so friendly and I really love talking to them when I see them. They’re also very helpful via emails and in person. This place is honestly beautiful and I brag about living him a lot to people.Property Manager Responded
