Loud/Noisy
November 21, 2020The neighbors can be very inconsiderate with music blasting and parties - you can hear everything as if it is a college party. More needs to be done to rectify this ongoing issue. The lease paperwork clearly mentions information about noise. It is also not a quiet neighborhood especially when people are double parking to drop off and pick up their kids - people constantly laying on their horn. If you work various hours you won’t sleep well.Review from Apartments.com
Nothing exciting about this place
January 21, 2020The building is fairly new but the maintenance isn’t that great. The washers and dryers are very old and coin operated and the owner hasn’t bothered making any changes esp now when most washers are card operated. The dryers are horrible and don’t dry in one attempt. If you have a heavy load, you have to use the dryers Atleast 3 or 4 times. Overall, it’s just alright and nothing outstanding about this building.Review from Apartments.com
New building in so so area
July 23, 2015The building is fairly new and generally well maintained. The building has a garage and a laundry in the basement. The apartments are clean and some have a balcony. The super is very nice and takes care of any issues. The landlord is easy to talk to. Parking in the area is not that easy. There is a school across the street so one side of the road is only for buses during school hours.Review from Apartments.com
