Pretty good place to live
September 25, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comIve been here going on 8 years. Maintenance is very responsive and its quiet here. Only thing that gets me are the steps. You can literally here people walking up the steps from inside your apartment. In the pictures, the steps look new. I thought they were gonna install new steps but instead they installed new steps at the entrance just to make the pictures look good! So the only con I would say right now is the steps are loud and the lack of amenities. I think them using just wood steps was a ...bad idea.Read More

Clean, quiet, and unbothered. With more space than I know what to do with having the sunroom feature. And the fact that the manger Cheri is cute is a plus. She’s professional and welcoming.

February 6, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comGreat place to live if you work nearby, like I do. Nice apartments with a comfortable layout. Can be a little noisy at certain times but nothing major. Property manager Cheri is very welcoming, polite, and helpful! Maintenance staff is quick and professional with any issues that arise. The pool is a nice addition during the summer months.

August 27, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comRecently left the Regency. All I’ll say is my son hasn’t had a single asthma attack since we left. There is no parking. At one point in time the property manager was towing people. Yep towing the people that lived there for not parking in the right spot. There was so little parking that people were fighting over parking spots.
