I loved the greenery around the apartments and how peaceful it feels here. The apartment layouts here are brilliant. Rooms are really spacious and some apartments have gorgeous views of the greenery from the balconies.

The leasing office staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve called multiple times and they straight up ignore my calls, even when it’s clear they’re not busy. It feels intentional, not accidental.
Don’t be fooled by all the glowing reviews — they don’t reflect the real experience at all. Something about them feels off, because my experience has been the complete opposite.
Save yourself the time and frustration. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. You’ll regret it.

Very nice place to live. Love the space, the quiet neighborhood, the quick response/service by the staff. Very excited to live here. I hope the staircases can get cleaned from the cotton and spiderwebs soon. The view from my place is outstanding. So glad I found The Regent.

Very safe place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance tries to help by fixing appliances, but sometimes your old appliances just need to be replaced. The property is clean and well manicured. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors are quite friendly.

Been great so far, only thing that I would change would be the gym. Great place and easy move in. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking in the Bellevue area. The apartments themselves are spacious and very nice even without being remodeled. We were very satisfied with that.

This is my second year here and I so much safer here than my last apartment. Even though the apartment faces 405 it’s pretty quiet. Love watching the squirrels run up and down the tree. Walking the other night out the a walk saw a young doe.
