August 8, 2025I lived at this property since February 2022 when it was under BH management and called the Silverbrook and while it has a fresh coat of paint with the new management of s2res, honestly, this is probably one of the most trashy places to live. It takes months to get work orders done. They allow parties to be thrown in the pool until three or four in the morning. They keep changing the hours of the pool and never let the residence know the gates never work. There’s been multiple drug deals gone ...wrong in the back part of the property cars will randomly get keyed and vandalized. You can usually find open condoms, alcohol bottles, vapes, and other things scattered around the property. Only two people in the office are genuinely nice but at the end of the day they don’t care about you they just want you to make sure that you pay your rent on time to collect all those fees that they charge on top of the rent. Even their renovated and remodeled unit units, they just repainted over the walls and painted over the cabinets and put new countertops in they’re not truly remodeled. A lot of the units are infested with roaches and even the newest office manager said that they have a hoarding situation and one building and can’t run out any of the units because of the smell. They’ll also offer you to renew your lease three months before your lease is up and then exactly 60 days. They were rudely knock on your door and then shove and notice for non-renewal and not give you a reason even if you pay your rent on time early and never miss a payment. They’re not to be trusted all they care about is filling units and getting your money and they don’t even treat you like a resident or somebody that’s paying their bills because that’s how they make their money. Terrible Communication
May 18, 2024I lived here for 2 years. I gave the required 60 day notice yet they continued to hound about renewal. Get to the final month, which was not a full month, yet they did not adjust the rent due. Can never get replies to calls emails or even texts.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely horrible place to live!
November 9, 2022I have refrained for many months from making a public comment regarding this property in hopes that things would change. Needless to say, they have not. I signed my lease 2/21/2022, several days after I was supposed to had signed my lease for move-in due to computer issues and from what I was told my unit was not ready due to the housekeeper needing to clean the unit and new flooring was being laid in the unit. Upon actually moving in, the flooring was peeling, clearly not new, and there was ...urine and hair on the toilet and there were large pieces of glass near the bedroom window, as if the window had been broken, on the floor. Upon moving in, I completed my move-in checklist and I had several items of concern on the checklist. I was advised that a work order did not have to be completed to have the items addressed. One of the issues of concern was not having a lint filter for my dryer. A dryer cannot be used with a filter because it is a fire hazard. It wasn’t until Friday, October 28 that I received a lint filter that now allows me to use my dryer. This was ONLY addressed because I submitted my notice to terminate my lease earlier that week. I selected this unit with a washer and dryer, paying extra for this amenity, to make my life easier due to, at that time, having recently had brain and spinal surgery. Instead, I ended up with having to either wash my laundry and hauling wet clothes to a laundry mat to dry them or washing and drying my clothes if I was in too much pain to haul the wet items around. This meant that over these many months, I incurred additional costs having to launder my clothes elsewhere. I submitted multiple work orders for not only the washer issue but for other items of concern in my unit only to have the work order pending for months at a time and then arbitrarily closed with a note stating “If this has not been taken care of, please submit another maintenance request.” One of the safety features that drew me to the complex was that it was gated. The gate has been secured once since I signed my lease 2/21/2022. Don't do it!
November 9, 2022Get ready for a long read if you want to know how things actually are here. I have been living at this apartment for less than a year and I already hate it. You have to call the office multiple times to maybe get an answer. The apartments definitely get the "landlord special" in that there is paint on the edges of carpet and floors and outlets not installed correctly...super cheap fixes everywhere you look. They also have a contract with dynamix towing. The towing company drives around checking ...cars for any little thing and the front office keeps a list of all the cars and provides information to the towing company, even if the information is wrong or not checked correctly. I almost had my car towed because the office had wrong information and even after I told them they were incorrect, they made me jump through hoops to prove it to them. What a way to treat your residents. Only a couple of gates work, so it's not really a gated apartment because they leave these gates open all of the time for anybody to get in and break into your car. The pools were all improperly maintained or closed and the pools were even shut down by the city at one point this summer. Definitely not worth your money. Don’t recommend
July 27, 2022Unfortunately I did not have a good impression with these apartments. Last month I applied with my rommie for an available apartment which I went to the link to start the process but the link only let me fill in the information of 1 person to whom I went to ask for help via mail and phone which they never helped me. They contacted me to report that my information was missing and I repeated the problem I had. The staff with a rude attitude told me that if I could enter it was my problem, I told ...her that I had a photo that her link would not let me, I had a photo that I had completed another format which she told me that my information was still missing. I told him to give me a solution that could be done because for my part I was trying and he wouldn't leave me the link. In the end they denied me the application due to the missing information, and although I asked for help they never helped me. The staff's solution was for us to apply again and pay again.
