Beautiful Building...Office Staff Disrespectful and Threatning

I have a number of girlfriends who live at The Remington. They all love the surroundings, and their living spaces. The only problem is the office staff. The women are disrespectful and always threatening their lease. My girls normally keep to themselves and this seems to be a problem for the office staff and some of the tenants.. There seems to be a group of women who are allowed to sit and talk with the women in the office while spreading rumors. The ladies have been faced with aggression from ...
both the staff and a few of the ladies at the facility and my friends are the ones who are called to the office and put on notice. I feel that the owners need to be more present here as there seems to be a problem with the staff. All files need to be reviewed and those with notifications need to be allowed to speak on their own behalf. The staff treats the tenants like children when the ladies are old enough to be their mothers and grandmothers. Sad situation. Someone needs to address the problem. Before someone is evicted based on lies and without cause. Disappointed.

Why does the elevator stay out of service in a senior facility

Not happy that the elevator stays out in a brand new apartment complex for seniors. This is a sad situation. My aunt stays there and has COPD and has to walk up and down stairs and no one cares about this. Something needs to be done about this. The customer service is horrible. They are not helpful and have very bad attitudes.

Since the beginning of my application, I've been anxious to move into The Reminton. The building is Beautiful, waiting now to walk inside view my apartment, there's so much living to do there Acivites off the chain. It's an Honor to become a Senior, it has its Perks & Rewards.
