My experience so far has been above and beyond my expectations from day one when Chris from maintenance being attentive in helping in anyway he could, to the leasing office being extremely helpful and profesional doing everything with a great attitude and smile on their face. Super clean building, extremely friendly neighbors. I couldn’t be happier!

June 13, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comMy one and only complaint is the noise. I have a neighbor who blasts his subwoofer nightly and I have made numerous complaints to the office to no avail. They do not seem to care about enforcing noise curfews. I have lived at other apartments where this was strongly enforced with fines, here they don’t seem to care or do much about it.

May 20, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe Remy is a pretty decent apartment building. It's brand new, so it's just as outrageously expensive as everywhere else at the moment, but it's gorgeous. The pool is fantastic. The amenity rooms are great. Management does their best to stay out of people's business, but we do have a few killjoy neighbors, but that happens anywhere, I suppose. I'll stick around a while.

The building itself was average in terms of amenities and design, with nothing particularly noteworthy to mention. The units were clean and functional, but lacked any real charm or character. Overall, it was an adequate place to live, but not one that would leave a lasting impression.
