I like it here because the crime is low compared to places I've lived in the past. One of the pools has never been opened the entire time I've been here, the property is nice but aging. February 11, 2025I love our quiet apartment and peaceful, private balcony. I feel relaxed and safe here. The staff were super nice and helpful with the leasing/move-in process and really made everything easy for us. Plus there are tons of amenities for the price (pool, dishwasher, laundry, pickleball, dog park, and more). I highly recommend The Reserve, especially if you want to be in close proximity to the mountains.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2025Apartment complex used to be a nice quiet community. Now it's gotten a little ghetto. People fix cars in the parking lots, honk car horns all hours of the day, play loud music, and have kids screaming around after school.Property Manager Responded
