        For the most part, the Reserve is a nice complex. Frankly, I've been in better ones. Communication seems to be a constant issue. For the most part, I am happy to live here.

        I've lived here for going on 5 years and it's about what you would expect from apartment living. Management changes but not much else. I like it here because the crime is low compared to places I've lived in the past. One of the pools has never been opened the entire time I've been here, the property is nice but aging. Cool little gym. And rent increases every lease renewal. Quiet neighborhood.

        I love our quiet apartment and peaceful, private balcony. I feel relaxed and safe here. The staff were super nice and helpful with the leasing/move-in process and really made everything easy for us. Plus there are tons of amenities for the price (pool, dishwasher, laundry, pickleball, dog park, and more). I highly recommend The Reserve, especially if you want to be in close proximity to the mountains.

        Apartment complex used to be a nice quiet community. Now it's gotten a little ghetto. People fix cars in the parking lots, honk car horns all hours of the day, play loud music, and have kids screaming around after school.

        The Reserve employees were so awesome when I reported my broken window . They took into consideration that the weather was going to get very cold. And they got on it right away. The vendor person who fixed my window was also awesome, he was nice and he did it very quickly and professionally. It all went great!

        I have only been here a week, but so far, everything is good. I'm lucky that my neighbors are relatively quiet, except for the 3rd floor resident who walks very loudly, especially in the early hours of the morning, Some residents are more thoughtful than others. Byron is an extremely helpful and friendly guy in the front office. He's attentive and is always ready to help. He made the move smooth and easy for me. I love that this is a non-smoking community, although I did smell someone smoking ...
        close to the apartment when I moved in, but I haven't smelled anything since.
