November 23, 2025I definitely do not recommend these apartments to anyone, to start with the maintenance was horrible it would take them like 3 weeks to 4 weeks to come out and fix the issue, then whenever I moved out I gave them the keys for the apartment and now they are trying to say that they never received the keys and are trying to make me pay over 3 grand to the apartments because “ they never received a key “ I have tried to talk to the people in the office and they told me I would have to go to corporate ...so I did and when I call there number they never answer so now I am stuck with debt they have put on me ,also the apartments have a weird a smell to them , there was big hole behind the hot water heater that they never fix the whole time I lived there , 0 out of 10 stars for me , don’t get screwed over by them .Property Manager Responded

Modern apartment and pet friendly
September 1, 2022The Reserve is a very nice complex. It's pet friendly, and they just added a large and great dog park which is fantastic. The Three bedroom apartment is large, and we like to spend time on our porch. The apartment is the most modern we have seen in the area, and the pool is one of the nicest and newest. I heard they might add a new gym which would be great. They have been adding new items like grill area and playground in the past few months. Stay away!
July 30, 2022Stay far away from this apartment complex!!! The living conditions are disgusting, the complex is poorly maintained (dog poop everywhere), and the leasing office is dishonest. My boyfriend moved here from out of state and had to rent the apartment sight unseen. They told him he would be getting one of the new, upgraded apartments but when he moved in, the apartment was extremely disappointing and it was clear the leasing office had taken advantage of his situation and deceived him. Up until the ...day he moved out, nothing he requested to be fixed was ever resolved and the apartment had nats flying out of the drain and dead in the fridge. There is no way the living conditions of his apartment would ever pass a health and safety inspection and we plan to report it to Anderson County. If you want a safe, clean, and honest apartment complex to move into, this is NOT the place.Property Manager Responded
