Love Living at The Reserve.
July 23, 2024We have lived here over a year now. Management is excellent and always kind and caring. Maintenance is very timely and always efficient. All of our neighbors are awesome. I have made other “Mom” friends in the community and our children play together at the playground on-site or go for a swim in the pool nearly every day. I rarely hear any of our neighbors… I don’t understand people saying the walls are so thin… it’s impossible to live in an apartment building and never hear your neighbors above ...or to the side of you… but you only have one common wall here and other than hearing a few bumps here and there we don’t hear much. I don’t get the negative reviews but I guess it’s impossible to make everyone happy all the time. The grounds are kept very clean… and there is a playground, a gym, outdoor bbq area, outdoor fire pit area, a gated swimming pool/hot tub with shaded seating and comfortable lounge furniture, there is a small dog park… you can pay for a single garage in addition to a carport covered parking spot… the apartment itself has all the nice modern touches, stainless appliances, beautiful island and counter tops, modern cabinets… it’s truly a great place to live. There is also security that comes through every night and there is a number to call if you need to. I have never felt unsafe. 10/10 recommend!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Beautiful!
March 6, 2022I thought the place was Beautiful!!!! The Pool is clean and the grass is cut on a regular bases. The view is spectacular and a the neighbor hood is out of town, has shops around the corner. Close to schools and far from heavy traffic! I just say it like it is and the place is beautiful. Planning on not moving as long as possible. Lots of Younger (20s-30s) People Live in the area.Review from Apartments.com
Stay Away if possible
July 24, 2021This place was designed to look nice at first glance but that's about it. The staff are the rudest I've ever dealt with EVER. They don't even try to even pretend to be nice and professional. They made me pay the application fee four times. There's literally no parking EVER. There's 10 spots for guest parking, and one reserved spot per apartment. So having roommates makes it more complicated. The walls are super thin so you can hear EVERYTHING outside, the fans randomly not work, doors bang into ...each other, space design is horrendous and impractical. STAY AWAY
July 19, 2021If you love having bugs, fans that operate themselves and change settings on their own, ZERO parking, and extremely thin walls so that you can hear everything from your neighbors then this is the place for you! If not, then I recommend you stay FAR FAR AWAY. I am literally moving out of this apartment complex and spending extra money just to get away because of how horrible it is.Review from Apartments.com
