I’ve been here at the Reserve Apts for almost 2 years now and delighted to be here. Yasmin the manager is diligent and professional I’ve grown very fond of her. Charlie the maintenance man is also great. It’s very quiet and peaceful here for the most part

WHY!?
July 10, 2019
My apartment has flooded 4 times since I moved in 2 years ago. Why do I still live here?! Cheap fixtures, little counter space, & Karya management is too cheap to fix any recurring problems (the flooding, AC problems, water damage, etc.). The list goes on. On the plus side, it's a quiet complex close to downtown and rent is cheap compared to square footage. Renter beware!
