October 4, 2020We chose this apartment community because of its location, with easy access to the East Chase area. Have been in the apartment now three weeks and maintenance has yet to come and fix a broken dishwasher. On my move-in form I indicated it was not working and it has yet to get fixed. Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. With the amount of money it cost to live here, you shouldn’t have appliances that don’t work.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2020The only good thing about this place is maintenance is fast, that's it. The rent money is too high for what you get living here and it's not worth it. Nice staffs but never in office, the manager is rude. For how much it's worth, the security on the gates are unsafe since it's recently been broken and still hasn't been fixed for about two weeks. Even if the gates did work, it is always open either way so there's no point. On top of that, the courtesy officer is never working since apparently the ...person doesn't work full time so a lot of times I can't sleep whenever I want to and have to wait until neighbor is quiet. She's really nice, but unreliable and doesn't come back to you until after an hour or so. It is not worth the money AT ALL. I'm always flexible with how I'm living and always give places a benefit of the doubt but for this price and what I get, it's so ridiculous. If I can move out this instant, I would. Don't come here. It’s okay
November 30, 2019The office staff is rarely in the office so you spend time going back and forth trying to catch them. The neighborhood feels unsafe at night. Also, the gate is always open because it’s broken apparently. The apartment itself is fine. I’d rather live somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

November 13, 2019This apartment has some really bad management issues with office staff. Move out is the time they try to recoup any money possible from tenants. February 16, 2016My apartment feels like a real home not an apartment. It is big enough for privacy between rooms and I love the large open den, dining room and kitchen area. I also love the taller ceilings. This adds so much to the feeling of a home instead of apartment. I love my privacy and yet there are always people close enough to feel protected and safe. I am very impressed with the staff ... their friendliness, how quickly and efficiently they respond to my needs, but above all the Apartments feel like a ...community where people care about each other.
