Absolutely love living at The Reserve!
July 7, 2025The management team is amazing—super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help out quickly whenever an issue comes up. The rent is very reasonable for everything you get, especially compared to other places in the area. One of my favorite things is the courtyard area—I've met so many friends just from hanging out and having bonfires there. It's such a great way to connect with neighbors and unwind after class. I also love that it's pet-friendly, so my furry friend gets to enjoy the space ...too! The gym is another huge plus—it’s clean, well-equipped, and perfect for getting a quick workout in without having to drive anywhere. Overall, The Reserve really feels like a community, not just an apartment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for student housing in Stevens Point!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Live literally ANYWHERE else.
May 17, 2022Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I keep receiving eviction notices, even though I paid my rent EARLY every month. To try and prevent this issue I paid my rent for the next semester in advance on the first of the year, nothing changed. THEN when I went to move out they tried not to give me my security deposit back for unpaid rent, even though I had the check number from when I paid my rent in full on the first of the year. They also attempted to charge me $100 for bathroom floor ...and counter stains, even though I did a walk through with one of the RA’s for my final checkout, and she said the place was immaculate and I would for sure get my deposit back. They did not provide any pictures of the so called "stains" as there were not any and I am a major clean freak. This place is a joke!! Move somewhere else, even the dorms are better than this "luxury" apartment building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
