Poor management
October 4, 2025Living here has been the worst rental experience I've ever had period.. Property management is clueless and careless. My move in was delayed by 5 days, and they tried to charge me for the 5 days that they requested. Upon moving in multiple items in my unit were broken and a washer and dryer was missing. After multiple visits to the office and threatening to withhold rent, they installed a washer and dryer that did not fit the laundry room, damaging the floors and walls in the process. Upon ...inspection the exhaust vent was completely disconnected as the machine was too big, the door had to be removed in order to fit the laundry unit. The thermostat was broken for a month and kept blowing cold non-stop. Keys for the mailbox were "missing".name never provided upon moving in. After a month they finally changed the lock. I should have a $1000 concession under my lease agreement for the month of October. I've paid my balance minus the concession well in advance, and now they are charging me a late feel. This place is a disgrace and the person running it needs to be replaced immediately.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2024Just started our move in process! It’s be a super smooth transition and we love the apartment. Looking forward to setting up the wifi and utilizing the amenities! Only feed back is we’ve noticed some chips in certain paint and occasionally smell smoke of certain substances.Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2024On my work from home days, I take walks and use the gym. It’s nice to have a gym on site and a nice area to walk while on breaks from work. The office staff is pleasant and the maintenance crew are polite.Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2024We LOVE our new home! Sam was our leasing agent and he is highly attentive, thorough, professional and kind. I came with a list of questions and he answered them all. He was able to get us approved very quick and easy! Thank you Sam. Upon move in, I met with Diane. She is informative and friendly. The community is overall great. A place you can truly call home. Peaceful and quiet. Valet trash is super convenient. I also submitted some maintenance request and they were all handled in a great ...timely manner.
