In the townhouse/villa area people park illegally all over the street and also block the sidewalks with their cars. One resident runs their business out of their rented villa which would be ok except when the commercial trucks are loading and unloading and blocking the sidewalk and the street. There is trash everywhere. A large number of stray cats are around as well as residents who let their cats run at large through the neighborhood peeing on everything. Lots of small unleashed dogs ...
pooping everywhere in the apartment area as well as the villa area and the owners don't clean it up, one large black dog runs around off leash and aggressively barks at people so you can't use the patio or feel safe going for a walk. Other people tie their dogs out for long periods of time.
