    Everything about this property is remarkable! The management staff, the tours, the property and the amenities are out of this world! It's like living in a luxury resort! The Amazon Hub is a huge bonus! Moving here was the best thing ever! Maintenance is very responsive, and the management team is so friendly and helpful!

    With how beautiful and relaxing the property is, I have to say the office staff really make you feel like part of a community. Even the maintenance team is super friendly and helpful and was able to explain things for me. I just renewed my lease for a 2nd year have no intentions of leaving anytime soon.

    The amenities are great and very clean. I absolutely love The Reserves at Cool Springs! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was the perfect place. The management team is incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The amenities here are top-notch— fitness center, pool, clubhouse, dog park, etc. The grounds are well-maintained, and I feel safe and comfortable walking around at any time of the day.     themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The units have beautiful finishes, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of natural light. I also love how quiet the community is, no issues with loud neighbors! Another huge plus is the location, everything is just a short drive away, from grocery stores to restaurants and parks. Plus, easy access to I65 makes commuting a breeze. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at The Reserves at Cool Springs.   • Not recommended at all

    I do not recommend living here at all During my time at this property, there were multiple unresolved issues. Every time I reported a complaint, I rarely received a response, and when I did, the problems were never properly addressed. The management is completely inefficient and uninterested in the well-being of tenants. There are cigarretes all over the floor all around the place, and the price is high for what we receive. It says “Luxury appartments”, but it is not luxury at all. ...
    Additionally, they imposed a mandatory trash collection fee without a reasonable justification. Overall, the lack of attention and poor management make this a terrible place to live. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
