February 18, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI do not recommend living here at all During my time at this property, there were multiple unresolved issues. Every time I reported a complaint, I rarely received a response, and when I did, the problems were never properly addressed. The management is completely inefficient and uninterested in the well-being of tenants. There are cigarretes all over the floor all around the place, and the price is high for what we receive. It says “Luxury appartments”, but it is not luxury at all. ...Additionally, they imposed a mandatory trash collection fee without a reasonable justification. Overall, the lack of attention and poor management make this a terrible place to live. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
