Overall nice
January 3, 2024Lot of dogs, be prepared for that. Cute dog park near water with a variety of cool birds like egrets, herons, ducks, geese, yellow-bellied sliders, tadpoles/frogs, pink dragonflies, and more. I wish my neighbors cared more to commit to not polluting to protect this adorable little ecosystem. Don't leave your car windows down or doors unlocked. No cameras in lot that I can see to discourage theft and violence, but I rarely feel unsafe. Parking can be tight sometimes since there's no limit on ...visitor parking or any sort of parking decals/spaces. I do appreciate that they're not quick to tow. Maintenance is responsive, kind, and great with upkeep of walkways. They're hard workers and very professional. Office staff very friendly to me and my dog even when I'm late with rent. We stop in for tea and dog treats often. Kind of pricey but all-inclusive utilities with good amenities. I wish there was a way to pay rent that didn't cost fifty dollars a transaction online (which, along with pet rent, would add a hundred dollars to my rent every month) or cause me to rely on walmart's money center. Very useful bus stop for UNCW students. Barely useful for workers commute depending on where you work and what hours. Compared to places with oft-broken a/c and unresponsive maintenance staff and unfriendly office workers, I do feel lucky to live here.Property Manager Responded

Dangerous area. Would not recommend.
May 14, 2023Really dangerous area and it just keeps going down hill. Car break ins, apartment break ins, and stabbings. I did not feel safe as a young woman living here. July 18, 2018My experience here was actually pretty nice. I had a one bedroom and it was the biggest bedroom I have ever seen in wilmington. The Clubhouse is a really nice chill place to hang out. They have community events like free breakfast every now and then. The office staff makes you feel like family. They are always super helpful and upbeat, despite the jerks ive seen them deal with. Stay Away from this Place
July 16, 2018Long story short, the office management is shady and messy. My roommate and I were moving out on our original lease end date, but because the office sneakily failed to inform us of their 60 day notice policy to inform them that we were indeed moving out (even though we never expressed interest of renewing our lease) they tried to charge us for another month and half of rent. When I spoke to one of the leasing agents about it, she assured me that we gave some type of notice, sent my roommate and I ...an intent to vacate form and said we would only have to pay up until our original lease end date. Ended getting charged way more than that anyway because the office "forgot" to sign the form. I had to contact the regional manager to get the issue resolved. Apartments are nice but staff is lacking
June 29, 2016If you work nights, this is not the apartment complex for you. Limited front row parking so by the time you get home from work you have to scavenge for a close park. Be ready to be woken up at 8:30 to lawn work outside your window and have little to no sympathy from the staff when you're woken up. The staff isn't welcoming. Great Apartment, Not-So-Great Office Staff
August 22, 2015I have lived here for a year, the apartment itself is great, plenty of space for the money, but the office staff is severely lacking. They are rude and unknowledgeable, even when it comes to their own policies. The maintenance guys are great though, very friendly. I would still recommend these apartments to anyone, the apartment itself is great, great kitchen, huge bathroom and bedrooms. But my apartment itself was nice regardless of thin walls.
