DO NOT SIGN A LEASE
October 24, 2017Nothing there looks anything close to the model apartment they show. Everything is worn. They sit around and think up fees that they can charge you for. We changed apartments mid-lease. They charge $250 because the new room has been professionally clean, that's fine. Then they say "per you lease you have to pay professional cleaner to clean your old room." Wait... what I have to pay to have a room professional cleaned so that you can charge the next person $250 for the service They leasing ...office failed to change the pets name... $250 unauthorized pet charge. September 12, 2017They are not above putting you in an apartment that is dirty, falling apart, and old just to get your money. The current apartment I'm in has a broken dishwasher and screenless windows. It took them a year to get new carpeting and paint. Cockroach Motel
April 27, 2016Do not stay here. 2-3 cockroaches per day in apartment. Miserable. Never had this much filth. Submitted work orders and minimal work was done to repair deficiencies. Not worth the money.Review from Apartments.com
Ehhh its ok, could be worse
September 30, 2015I moved in with a friend of mine and we took the risk of getting two random roommates in the four bedroom. Luckily we got a good roommate and the other room was empty. Our lease started on the 1st of a month but they didn't let us move in till the 15th, which wasn't that big of a deal but we wanted to move in ASAP. The first month I was the only one in the apartment that got a high electric bill, for dates that I wasn't even there for. That's when they were ,"getting the apartment ready,painting ...and such". I fought them on the charge and they did fix it and not charge me, but keep a close eye what the dates include at first, cause bet people get overcharged. Overall its not that bad, but its not great either. If you find 3 other friends to move in with I'm sure it can be fun. Maintenance staff are usually quick and the few I interacted with were friendly. I will say this, the office loses paper work and gets confused all the time. They kept getting my room and my other roommates room confused. I guess to sum it up, just keep close eye on what they charge you and keep receipts and stuff, they just easily lose paperwork and get confused.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
