This is the BEST place to live! I Love it here, and it is so convenient to everything, shopping, hospitals, ETSU, and restaurants. There is also some kind of an event to go to every weekend. The Reserve is home, the community is very quiet and the grounds and amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to your needs and the office staff are very welcoming, and always eager to help. So this is why I call this home.

Everything has been great! The only reason I removed a star is that during the move-in process, the communication with the staff was quite spotty. I do understand that the staff was under a transition period during this time, but when it came to the legal paperwork and getting everything submitted, the communication was not superb.

If you were to ask me a couple years ago to write this it would have been bad. The office staff was all but friendly. We have been here for 3 years now and would stay longer. The office staff is great. They are very friendly. Maintenance is very quick if there is something you need. I have even marked things low priority and they have been there in a few hours. I would recommend the Reserve!!
