Nice place to live with a few drawbacks. 1, Not all residents clean up after their dogs. Always finding piles of waste in the grass! 2, Maintenance went from extremely expedient, to we'll get to it when were able to get to it! 3, My wife has stated that the pool has been extremely dirty when she has gone down there. She warned another couple about putting their young baby in the water because of the algae along the sides of the pool.

Answered my emails quickly and was very helpful on move in day! I had some extra pictures of scuffs etc that the last tenants left and they responded and made a note of it for me.

This is the BEST place to live! I Love it here, and it is so convenient to everything, shopping, hospitals, ETSU, and restaurants. There is also some kind of an event to go to every weekend. The Reserve is home, the community is very quiet and the grounds and amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to your needs and the office staff are very welcoming, and always eager to help. So this is why I call this home.

Everything has been great! The only reason I removed a star is that during the move-in process, the communication with the staff was quite spotty. I do understand that the staff was under a transition period during this time, but when it came to the legal paperwork and getting everything submitted, the communication was not superb.
