April 16, 2025We sure are enjoying our Home at The Reserve At Johnson City !! The neighbors are very nice and whenever you stop in the office Katrina , Katie and Tedi are there to make your day better !! The coffee and snack stand is filled with great treats and then we get to take a break and shoot some pool before we get to head to the carwash that is on our property and have a clean car !! As long as we have a stocked refrigerator there is no reason to leave the property ! The pool is getting ...resurfaced and is looking beautiful !! Later the smell of hot dogs on the grill and overlooking the mountains is on our schedule. What a GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME !! AND...SHOUT OUT to Danny and Jerry for keeping the grounds looking GREAT and if you need anything ...they are there to fix any issues that you may have !! Thank you to the RESERVE for BEING SO AMAZING !!Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025I’ve been living at The Reserve of Johnson City and I couldn’t be happier! This has truly been a great place to call home. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved immediately—even on the weekends, which shows how much the team truly cares about their residents. Katrina and the entire staff are amazing! Great and Peaceful Place to live.

April 11, 2025Everything has been wonderful since I moved in on December. Love the vibe, people, and how safe it feels. Pet friendly is a plus! Maintenance take care of work orders instantly.
