Great place to live!

An Amazing Place to Live!
May 14, 2024The staff at The Reserve is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are there to answer every single question, and help in anyway they can. The move-in process was absolutely seamless! The community is so beautiful and clean, the dog parks are great for our furry friends, the gym is always perfectly spotless, and the community events are great too! Poor property
December 4, 2019If you want to move in, WAIT until the construction is done. Noise all day long, construction workers walking through the property Overall the property is cheaply made for how much rent you have to pay AND you have to pay all utilities including water! Garage spaces are extra a month so add that on top of the rent as well. May appear nice upfront until you get all of the details So many mean dogs too that want to attack you when you are walkingProperty Manager Responded

Not worth the price
October 11, 2019The first year the community was great. The grounds were kept clean and in the winter snow was removed. However, the second year I lived here the snow was never removed and you had to dig yourself a path to walk to your car because they didn’t remove the snow or put any salt down. Parking is an issue and will always be an issue. You can hear your neighbors and their whole conversations and everything else they are doing. The pool is always overcrowded because the staff does not enforce the rules ...to only have two guests. People have pool parties all the time. Management only enforces rules when they feel like it and make up rules as they go. The new girl that works at the desk is rude. I never had a problem with staff until she started working there. For the price of the apartments and how the quality has decreased since they first opened, I would say to go somewhere else. I’m glad I did.Property Manager Responded
October 14, 2019Hello, Thank you for taking the time to reach out and give us feedback on the Springs at Kenosha. I would like to be able to have a chance to discuss with you in person or over the phone your concerns that outlined below as I was not aware of some of your concerns. Over the last year we did bring in a new contractor for our landscaping and snow and we have since moved on as they were not able to maintain our expectations. We are excited to have our new vendor coming on board to help ensure that the communities needs are their 1st priority. The team and I try and patrol the amenities as best we can and where not aware that there were any parties that where not approved prior. We have continued to grow, and it has created more traffic at our amenities, so we are excited to have another pool, clubhouse fitness and pet parks being built to the community coming next year.
