Luxury? Not really
December 6, 2024The staff (especially maintenance and the manager) is unprofessional and treat maintenance requests like a popularity contest. If you schmooze to their standard they will fix your fuse box, door gaps, wasps swarms, if not they say do it yourself and close your maintenance tickets. The root cause is laziness and shortcut which cause more problems down the line. They do not care if you work from home they barge in with less than 24 hours notice for “inspections” but cannot bother to address ...maintenance requests. If you want a quiet place look elsewhere. March 29, 2024We recently moved to Tennessee from Indiana. We were homeowners for over 40 years and have never been renters. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and cannot navigate stairs so upper floors were out of the question. Our experience with The Reserve at Kirkwood was a blessing. Hope and the staff made the process so easy and gave us a ground floor unit close to the clubhouse with easy access to amenities and the mailroom. She always asks if we're doing well when she sees us and has a friendly smile ...to greet us. The facilities are well kept and the staff takes so much pride in there work. The layout of the apartments are furniture friendly and very spacious. We would definitely recommend The Reserve at Kirkwood to any potential renters.Property Manager Responded
