Bugs and damaged appliances
October 6, 2023The location is good, and the apartments are nice, but the appliances are worn down and don't work well. There's also a roach problem (not just the big ones but lots of little ones). Might be coming from a neighbor or some other place, but I'm guessing the entire building is infested... It was still fine overall (besides the pests), but the one star comes from rude management.Review from Apartments.com

November 2, 2020Safest and cleanest community in Wilmington, NC. Very respectful and helpful staff. Every time I drive in the first thing I notice are the exotic looking plants and all the colors of the flowers, makes me feel like Im on a tropical island.Property Manager Responded
