Bugs and damaged appliances
October 6, 2023The location is good, and the apartments are nice, but the appliances are worn down and don't work well. There's also a roach problem (not just the big ones but lots of little ones). Might be coming from a neighbor or some other place, but I'm guessing the entire building is infested... The clubhouse is gorgeous and offers many perks, including receiving our packages and offering grab & go meals on occasion. November 2, 2020Safest and cleanest community in Wilmington, NC. Very respectful and helpful staff. Every time I drive in the first thing I notice are the exotic looking plants and all the colors of the flowers, makes me feel like Im on a tropical island.Property Manager Responded
