I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Reserve at Meadowmont. The community is in a convenient location, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other amenities nearby, which makes everyday life much easier. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and have a nice overall layout. I also appreciate the community amenities and the effort that goes into keeping the property looking clean and well maintained. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed ...
assistance, which has made the experience even better. I especially like how the community provides a comfortable environment while still being close to everything I need. There are a few minor areas that could be improved, but overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here. I would recommend The Reserve at Meadowmont to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to live in the area. It has been a great place to call home.

I love living at the Reserve. It’s convenient to everything I need. Harris Teeter, gyms , restaurants and many other places to visit. I feel safe and know that my neighbors are there if I ever need anything. Meeting new friends at the pool is also a great opportunity to feel included

Big shout out to the maintenance team!! They always seem to try to go above and beyond for any and all service issues. For example, I had a thermostat error on the new smart thermostats they installed. And as a proactive measure brought by a portable ac unit in case my apt was getting too hot. That was such great service! I ended up not needing it but to offer without asking was very impressive. Just shows how they look out for their residences here. This new maintenance team that’s been in place ...
now for several months has been a game changer. HUGE shoutout to them!!!

It was a little difficult to get all the info to move in, such as the lease for renters insurance and to figure out the pet stuff. But everyone was super friendly and it eventually got done.

Nice place to live, but after over a year, the pool is still closed, and they recently closed the pool deck again. We are also missing the key fobs for the gym.

We intentionally sold our large home in Meadowmont to simplify our lives AND remain in the amazing Meadowmont community as we grow older AND wiser. We made the right decision from day one. It’s been 6 years and we love it! Not only that it is in Meadowmont but we love the efficient and comfortable apartment, our great neighbors and the close community we are building. The current Rams management team is great and we will be as nice as possible to keep them on the job!

Maintenance ticket is closed even though issue is still there

I love the location and the apartment layout. However, in the year plus that I have lived here I have become Increasingly more frustrated and disillusioned with the staff turnover, lack of communication, terrible timing of the clubhouse and pool makeover, ridiculous long wait times to have maintenance issues taken care of to name a few.
