March 7, 2026We intentionally sold our large home in Meadowmont to simplify our lives AND remain in the amazing Meadowmont community as we grow older AND wiser. We made the right decision from day one. It’s been 6 years and we love it! Not only that it is in Meadowmont but we love the efficient and comfortable apartment, our great neighbors and the close community we are building. The current Rams management team is great and we will be as nice as possible to keep them on the job!Review from Apartments.com
Maintenance ticket is closed even though issue is still there

October 21, 2025I love the location and the apartment layout. However, in the year plus that I have lived here I have become Increasingly more frustrated and disillusioned with the staff turnover, lack of communication, terrible timing of the clubhouse and pool makeover, ridiculous long wait times to have maintenance issues taken care of to name a few.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025The move to this community has been disappointing. It has been nearly impossible to get in contact with any staff over the phone, email, and in person. It took weeks to get answers to our questions about move-in. We also were told during our tour and over email that we would be getting a renovated unit that matches what is advertised on the website, but we arrived to find outdated appliances, countertops, and fixtures. Other things were dissatisfactory, too, like missing toilet paper holders and ...locks that don't match our keys. We've tried all avenues to speak with someone and it's been crickets. I hope we can get things resolved and communication improves, but I would not recommend this community if you are looking for a smooth move.Property Manager Responded

September 13, 2025This has been the most disappointing, frustrating and difficult move I’ve ever had. The communication has been abysmal. We have called near a hundred times on 5 different numbers and never once had anyone pick it up. Our emails go answered basically every time. Even showing up to the office we’ve found it to be unstaffed. The unit itself is not up to the standard of what was advertised online, in person, and over email. Only around half of the renovations that were advertised were actually done. ...And there is a long list of details that were just completely missed in the unit, like missing lights, toilet paper holders, locks that don’t match our keys. The clubhouse and pool have been under renovation for quite some time, and despite being told it would completed by September they seem to be making no progress and of course have not communicated anything about this either. 0/5, would not recommend this community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 24, 2025When I moved in, the knob to turn my shower on was completely taken off and was sitting on the toilet. Once it was fixed (after 2 weeks of not having a functioning shower), I had to scrub the bottom of my tub to get rid of all the dirt. While dealing with these issues, I was communicating with management and was told we would be receiving some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. However, after over a month, we have yet to see any sort of compensation. My problems with this apartment did ...not end there- my sink drain is full of hair (not my hair), I’ve had ants in my bedroom and have had to spray multiple times, I have found roaches and spiders in my room, my bathroom cabinet underneath my sink is warped and messed up (complained to management when we moved in, they told us that maintainence would come and fix this ASAP). To be quite frank, the list goes on and on and it has been impossible to get in contact with the property manager. Not pleased with my experience here so far.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025The community is very nice and everyone is kind. I am disappointed that the pool is not available for use for the entirety of the summer. This seems like extremely poor planning and unfair to all of us who pay rent expecting this amenity.Property Manager Responded
